Classes were always over ratio
Very difficult to get bathroom breaks. I am not kidding. You nearly had to beg management to use the bathroom.
They expected you to make weekly lesson plans along with art projects and your prep time was during the childrens nap time which was difficult because not all the children took naps.
They have children in classrooms who have behavioral problems and don’t give you any extra help. There was one boy in class who would hurt the other children and also the teachers but he was still allowed to come to school. One of his teachers was pregnant and he kicked her in the stomach which caused the other teacher to have to become his sole chaperon while he tried to hurt her aswell.
They make you evaluate the kids every 3 months with a 32 part assessment that you have to do while you are working or you’ll have to do it at home and not get paid.
They also make you document the kids activities throughout the day with pictures that is very time consuming and difficult to do when dealing with the kids.
