Pros

Employees are nice but no one is happy there

Cons

Run as fast as you can the other direction. No freedom, completely micro managed, not really a teaching job, no communication, hypocrites, not able to communicate with parents to form a rapport

Pros

Tou get to work with kids

Cons

No training Low pay for the amount of work. I couldnt go on bathroom breaks and the classroom were over filled with children to more than the legal limit. Some of the employees treated the children horribly and the ditector had no idea what she was doing.
