      None this was a terrible

      Cons

      This was a job as a prep cook...there were no ovens, only microwaves, I didn't get a break during 6 hour shifts and o only got paid 10 an hour

      Pros

      The culture of the company is great. They really care about kids, the curriculum is a great mix of education and fun. Their mission is to help kids grown and learn. I always enjoyed coming to work and the employees I worked with.

      Cons

      Management didn't care what your preference of scheduling was. They will tell you that you have a set schedule, but will change it with no discussion if it benefits them. You get minimal help with difficult children unless it directly affects one of the directors.

      Pros

      Kids and families. It was fun to see the children grow and learn.These are the only pros about working at this daycare center.

      Cons

      Pay, under staffed. Most of the teachers don’t care about kids. I seen many times were teacher has grabbed a palled and talked horribly two children and nothing was done about it
