Pros

I met some great people there who actually liked their job.

Cons

Management was not flexible on anything, classrooms would be often filled far pass ratio, kids would rarely stay in their classrooms which led to the significant decline of care they received.

Pros

Love the children/families. Love my coworkers.

Cons

Admin is never on the same page. We frequently have significant numbers of call-outs. Always the same people, yet when I call out I am guilt tripped. When I ask for support with behaviors, I am not listened to or helped. Multiple classrooms are being told they have to wait for essential classroom supplies/upgrades/replacements because “we just spent $6000 on another classroom”. No room to move up. Was promised tuition assistance for related fields. When asked about it later, told it was not an option.
