Pros

Most of the kids and families.

Cons

A lot of cons about working at THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE CLINTON HILL. Huge teacher turnover because this school does not care about teachers. Teachers are burnout, underpaid and under appreciated. Very unorganized and unprofessional school to work at. Most teachers are miserable working there and complain about how much they hate it there.

Pros

The Learning Experience is a fun place to work! The company is focused on staff and family happiness. I enjoy working at a company that prioritizes fun, developmentally appropriate early childhood learning!

Cons

Pay is low for the hours and stress load. Management is expected to work large amounts of overtime even though it is a fairly unspoken expectation.
