Very good customer-facing workers and solutions, high return of contracts and staff retention.

Cons

Support for HR, employee outreach, and employee IT planning and communication is lacking. We just don't know what's going on at headquarters.

Cons

There was no structure whatsoever there. They were behind on work by at least 3 years when I started. I was completed lied to by HR and the hiring manager during interview process. HR ignored complaints filed against manager.
