      Flex work schedule. You can make up hours instead of taking vacation. Very laid back work environment and the people are very friendly. 3 weeks leave and 11 paid Holidays

      - occasional company lunches and events - 'swag' bag goodies - free coffee - lots of walking if you want to count that as a pro.

      Cons

      - no structure - lazy people can get away with laziness - uncompetitive salary - no growth - coworkers become supervisors pet and don't have to do work - management won't fire people that don't do work and collect paychecks - sketchy coworkers - coworker gossip and rumors - no teamwork - everyone's raises are the same no matter how much work you do - no ability to telework - no option to work other shift times since other priorities come first - smartbenefits does not even cover 50% of metro expenses
