Pros

If you are a contractor working for the government, MIL will make sure that you have everything you need. Their staff are very attentive and responsive to any issues you may have. They give good raises (based on performance reviews) and paid really well. Compensation was generous.

Cons

There isn't much to say. I did not use their health benefits, but from what I heard from others, they could have been better.

They paid well and gave employees the option to move up easily although their management needed some work on west.

Was able to move up easily within the company and they paid very well. Pretty good health benefits as well.

Cons

Had a very lame 401k plan (only matched 50% of a maximum 4%, so 2% total match). The had several management issues understanding CA law as they are mainly an East coast company.
