I enjoyed meeting some of the people that worked for the company--good people but they got lost in the storm of poor management.

Cons

Management did not even remotely understand the business or the needs of the customer. They tried to manage from across the country, and it was rare that we got to interact with them.

Pros

The MIL Corporation really cares about their people and tries hard to keep employees happy and growing in their careers. Government contracting can be frustrating and the MIL mgmt. team does a great job buffering their employees from this client-created frustration. Any negative reviews for this organization in Charleston are non-factual. MIL has ok health benefits but great perks for training and personal development.

Cons

There are some limitations in the efficiency of how the corporate office (MD) disseminates policy to field offices, like Charleston. Health benefits could be more competitive for the industry but they are still pretty good.
