Pros

Great office location, solid contracts within the defense network.

Cons

Pay is far below market rate. A lot of the reviews on here talking about good pay are for entry level jobs, which is just because it's above the 60k mark. At the mid level you are constantly fighting for a fair wage and honestly would be better at another consulting firm or an industry job. Pay is about 20% below market rate. Very high stress environment especially when things go wrong, as fingers get pointed as opposed to working on a solution and moving past the issue. A little micromanagey as well, which made it difficult to work here.
