      Pros

      The company is very supportive of employees. The supervisor routinely checks on personnel ensuring they are ok It is a salary-based position and the pay is very good for a beginner.

      Pros

      Upper Management are incredibly personable and truly care about their employees. Leadership are transparent in their decision-making and keep the best interest of their employees at the forefront of their priorities. They value work-life balance and treat their staff with trust and respect, allowing them to assume responsibility for their schedules. Growth and development are prioritized. I was afforded opportunities to advance within the company and was always compensated fairly. In short - they were fabulous - and I miss them! If you get the opportunity to join this company, don't pass it it up. They will exceed your expectations both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      The only reason I left was because I felt I had outgrown my position and was ready to assume a management position, which wasn't available at the time. Otherwise, they may not have been able to get rid of me.

      creative freedom, flexible work schedule, decent benefits

      Cons

      no real cons except that if the customer you're working for under your contract sucks, then things can get sour real fast. That's no fault of Marlin's.
