Pros

* They have a strong appreciation and consideration for coding boot camp graduates * Excellent company for Junior Devs to gain professional experience * Amazing work culture. Everyone is generally laid back and professional. Co-workers are super helpful and friendly * Lots of room for growth and tons of cool projects to work on and employees have full autonomy over their work (no micromanaging). * Management is top-tier. They are in-touch with their developers and the nature of their work. * Hybrid work culture but mostly work from home. * Good pay, excellent benefits.

Cons

* Pay is good, but not great. You can get paid more as a software developer working for a commercial company.

Pros

They are one of the few software companies out there that really values coding bootcamp graduates and provide great mentorship experience. Lots of opportunity for growth! Great people to work with as well and excellent benefits!

Cons

None that I can think of.
