Pros

Good intentions of a place to have children but to chaotic to implement.

Cons

This place has good intentions but seems as if it is putting all the people together and it feeds of another.

Terrible Place to Work – Avoid

Pros

The breaks that come along with the school year.

Cons

This is a terrible place to work. The company only cares about money, not the students or employees. The pay is awful for the amount of work required, and you cannot live off the salary. There’s no room for growth, no support, and the environment is unsafe because they never have enough staff.

Response from The Menta Education Group Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad you valued the school-year schedule and breaks, we are truly sorry to hear the concerns you raised. We want to address them directly: Compensation: We know pay is an important issue, and we regularly review salary structures to remain competitive while balancing resources across our schools. Support & Growth: We recognize the importance of professional development and career pathways. Over the past year, we’ve expanded training and created new leadership opportunities, and we will continue to build on this. Staffing & Safety: Student and staff safety are priorities. Recruiting and retaining strong team members remains a challenge in education nationwide, but we are actively hiring and adjusting practices to ensure safe, supportive environments. We understand the frustrations you’ve shared and will continue working toward improvements in these areas. Your feedback helps guide those efforts, and we appreciate you bringing it forward.
