Staff is over worked and under appreciated. Morale among staff is low due to lack of any kind of staff recognition for working hard. Management does not train new staff.

Communication is extremely lacking. It doesn't matter if you are in person, or remote, the chain of communication is extremely broken. Also, there is little to no follow through. Making meetings with administration is extremely difficult and even if you meet and discuss things, they don't follow through on the things they say they will. Then when the administrators are getting pressure from the state or people higher up in Menta's chain of command they throw it on the teachers expecting immediate follow through to make them look like they are doing their jobs. Also, when under pressure, they take it out emotionally on staff or throw us under the bus. They are consistently short staffed and many staff don't know the appropriate way to handle our student population making things worse in many situations.
