I love working for The Michaels Organization, TMO. I have been with this company for almost 18 years along with many other lifers. You get great benefits like health insurance and 401K. We also have an Employee Appreciation Day party in the summer and our Holiday party in December. TMO does so many nice things for us and all of our Communities. It's a wonderful company to work for. Everyone is nice, friendly, and always willing to help out. I'm so blessed to work with such amazing work family. We work hard and play even harder. I love coming to work every day!
