Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them

Cons

The recent changes can be difficult to navigate and fully understand. I believe that hands-on mentoring and guidance would be more beneficial in helping staff learn the new processes effectively and apply them with confidence.
