Safety is first and foremost above all else, there’s plenty of work year round as long as you shmooze the right people
Cons
It’s all smoke and mirrors, from the outside it looks great, once you’re in it’s a joke... you can’t have a life outside of work, if you do you’re a scumbag, they’re health insurance is expensive and its terrible, most long term employees hate upper management, most upper management acts like cops and slave drivers and treats the employees like expendable garbage.... Im sure there’s a lot more, these are just the ones that stand out the most....
