They have a lot of work, so if you can put up with them you will be able to have a paycheck.

Cons

Poorly managed meat grinder of a company. They do not stick to what they say they are hiring you for.

A few people actually care.

Cons

You are just a number your hard work and time away from your family means nothing unless you are in a click or you Are Family of management. you do not have a chance. if you are a woman trying to work in this field Middlesex is not the right company it's not even worth a try they will eat you up and spit you out. And God forbid if you have a problem with any of the management or someone in an upper position they will not have your back no matter how wrong the other person is. There is sex discrimination there is racism and they do not take harassment complaints seriously. You cannot work as a team at this company because they don't even know the definition of "Team" everyone is out for themselves it is a cut-throat environment. Run!!!

Pay is probably fine for the field No lack of work There are competent people working in management

Cons

Understaffed Insane working hours Burnout an inevitability No pay for mileage (yes, they could stick you on a job 70 miles from home and tell you that you're on your own) Zero, and I mean ZERO company culture AWFUL insurance Worst PDO I've ever seen
