No culture, rigid work hours and horrible pay!

If you are looking for a company with absolutely no culture, rigid work hours, inflexible management, horrible pay, geriatric staff, no room for growth or development, little to no resources and a dismissive HR Administrator who loves to bring the drama, TMC is the place for you!
Cons
No culture and very inflexible to work/life balance. Management expects the staff to live, breathe and die at this place. No tolerance for people being 3 mins late to work, you are immediately written up and handed a warning. CEO is an extreme introvert and needs to take some public speaking classes for the 1 company meeting they have a year. Horrendous pay and constantly low balling new staff on salary and hourly wage. No vacation time, the bare minimum paid holidays required by the state and awfully expensive health benefits.
