It is a paycheck - nothing more nothing less - Management seems to take care to provide a decent weeks hours HEAVY HEAVY Management TURNOVER in field - no guidance - no clear path or goals known or shared. Heavy miles to get to jobsites - then they direct you to go back 20 miles to another site....

Smoke and mirrors very FAKE PEOPLE

Pros

Plenty of work and some of the people are genuine. Local employees are willing to teach but employees from the North know everything about how it is done here.

Cons

In the SE everyone in upper management is from the North without family being here. They don't care if you want to go home and be with yours. Salary is worked like a dog and not compensated for it. Totally taken advantage of.
