Not professional at all. They are a small company. So you would not be gaining any valuable experience. HR is a joke. Upper management is a bigger joke. I worked directly under a project executive on a teeny tiny project. He had 40 years of experience and still couldn’t manage that project. It’s high time they retire people like him.Also zero diversity. Zero! If you’re a Caucasian male, that plays golf and does fishing and objectifies women. Please join! I can’t think of better place!
