Some of the brightest, kindest and dedicated teams i have ever met. Never left because I loved my co-workers like family. Pay was OK.

Cons

Management has a god mentality. No good ideas come from anyone else. Leaders are unsocialized and incredibly disconnected from field teams. Benefits are not only awful but expensive.
