Food,drinks, cool projects, and the location

Cons

Runners are slaves to the entire office and treated poorly by other staff. You wash dishes all day and clean up artist’s messes. After a year of doing this ever day for 9 hours a day you have to beg management for a opportunity to move up. Terrible pay.

good paying, good kitchen, some good talented artists, celebrating after some projects

Cons

horrible management, no respect for employees, no overtime paying, horrible supervisors that are there forever and they never change, too much politics, you have to step over others and report them like a kid to be liked, check out their supervisors artworks it's like a joke and I wish they were at least humble! I don't know about other Mills, but LA is so horrible !

Pros

The projects that come in are top of the line. Artists are pleasant and very talented. The facilities are clean and look nice. There is a certain prestige to working at The Mill.

Cons

Yearly reviews are just for show. Nothing ever comes of those. The people I learned the most from always left because of their dislike of the management. Favoritism has given part of the leadership total impunity. Any criticism of them is contained and never makes it to the very top. This keeps the department divided and low on morale.
