Pros

The office space is amazing, free food, and cool parties.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. #1 if you're not British don't expect to move up as quickly. #2 dont trust anyone especially senior managment they will overwork you and throw you under the bus constantly to save themselves and/or their favorites. #3 if you don't follow their toxic work policies they will coordinate a campaign to get you fired #4 people actively work against people on their own teams #5 expect producers to do as they please and artists to be second class citizens

Pros

you get to get to see how people spend insane amounts of money while you slave for them at minimum wage.

Cons

This is a company that receives hundreds of thousands every month and pays its hardest working employees at minimum wage. This company is not worth fighting for.
