- great co workers ( mostly ) - get a chnace to work on really high profile projects - Learned so much - mostly poeple and artist are nice - though there are always a few outliers.

Cons

- Long hours - No work life balance - Low salary , No raise - you can only make money with OT - Lot of constant stress - your mental health depends on producer you work with - Lot of layoffs
