Pros

Great people to work with - Most people there are incredibly talented. Lots of the work that comes out of this company has won awards in the past (keyword PAST).

Cons

Horrible management - I cant stress this enough. 90% of the managers are inept at the actual people management part of the job, therefore turnover is high (for the past several months we’d receive farewell emails from multiple people per week), and morale is low. They ply you with alcohol at every turn, so you can forget about the nepotism, eurocentrism, hostile work envoronment (yup), and unrealistic expectations. Technicolor’s acquisition has stifled The Mill’s creativity, warped their vision, and stomped out employees’ hunger for innovation. And the last round of layoffs in April 2019? Bloodbath. There are much healthier places to work, which will pay you what you’re worth.

Pros

The people and the culture are by far one of the best things about the mill. Its made up of talented global individuls that share a passion for the best creative work. The company also offers very good benefits.

Cons

It's a big company and with all big companies comes all bureaucracy. Things sometimes take longer than they should to get done.

Pros

Free food and drinks.Learning new things. Team building because you work so much with everyone. Programs that foster growth from runner into 3d, design or 2d encouraged.

Cons

Very click-ish. Not enough time off. High turnover. low pay. Long hours. Male dominated in many cases all across the board. Growing but still operating like a small company.
