Pros

- Beautiful facility. - Lots of opportunity. - Great projects.

Cons

- None of the perks are for you: They're for the clients. - No real career path in the CG department. - Favoritism is obvious.

Pros

Great colleagues who are artistic.

Cons

Horrible management, especially the LA Managing Director. Complete gender bias and lack of understanding of artistry. The Mill = The Factory, and now they are all in the Arc. Another company that is likely to falter in a short while.

Pros

The Mill has amazing creatives and gets really good work with their name.

Cons

After Technicolor bought them they started prioritizing margins instead of the work and it's absolutely killing everyone that works there.
