Pros

Healthy, positive and enriching environment. TML is simply the best place I’ve ever worked, you won’t find better colleagues or management anywhere.

Cons

The office location can be a bit of a pain to get to depending on where you live but it’s such a flexible environment that you may not necessarily need to be in the office much.
