-Inspiring leadership team -Amazing team of friendly, intelligent, hard-working individuals -Opportunity for career progression -Monthly incentives & rewards program -Quarterly team building events -Breakfast, tea & coffee provided for staff - Monthly staff lunches (with gold coin donations going to charity) -Hands down the best Christmas parties EVER

- Parking is tricky (need to pay for metered 2 hours spaces, or catch the train in)

Pros

If you're hard working, reliable and motivated then this company should be considered for job placement. The management at The Missing Link are cooperative and open to friendly and meaningful conversations with their staff. They don't hide behind closed doors. Rewards do come to those who pass the initiation stages.

Cons

Not a place to work if you have tendencies to be lazy or unsupportive to the business. Parking at TML is a pain.

- fast pace is not for everyone, if you can't adapt with the changing industry you will likley get left behind
