If you’re looking for perfect, you won’t find it anywhere. When looking for a job there’s always sacrifices or compromises. We’ve all been to interviews and when you join you realise things aren’t quite how they were verbally painted to be but I can honestly say this company is by far the best place I’ve ever worked. We have an incredible leadership team as well as the most fun and exciting culture! Everyone is valued and respected, regardless of gender/age/race/views/religion. It’s truly an environment that fosters innovation and meaningful friendships for those that work hard and are motivated. We play hard but we work hard too. My advice would be don’t apply if you’re expecting an easy ride, but if you’re willing to put the effort in we all win together and promotions are regularly awarded.
