Some people here are nice.

Cons

- Lack of leadership - Upper management refuses to acknowledge anyone working for them exists - Director level and above continue to take bonuses and lay tons of people off in tandem - No transparency at all. Very secretive. Nobody knows if their jobs are safe - No company culture - Everyone's overworked - Upper management is very disorganized. People can tell they can't run a successful company. They're worried too much about how they look on social media rather than caring about employee happiness - Just toxic overall. Walking around the office (in complete silence, I might add) feels like you're walking on egg shells - Continuously losing clients

The company gives the employees summer hours.

Cons

The owners needed to finally hand over the reins to the new management and trust them. They pay is horrible and employee turn over is HUGE
