1. Very high, demanding expectations 2. Difficult, dry, technical clientele 3. Focus heavily on company growth NOT retention of employees 4. High turnover rate in Client Services Dept 5. You work with some very smart people, and the projects you are working on are interesting. Good benefits package, and pay is on the better side.

Cons

Very high turnover, hostile and childish middle management who were not afraid to make you feel like an idiot, long hours (including nights and weekends).
