I can't think of any. Company is poorly run. Management obviously doesn't know anything about it's product or competition.

Cons

Charges way too much for publishing (design and printing). Can't compete with local publishers. Takes too long to close a sale. No base.

Pros

N2 has created one of the most outstanding business models for the Area Directors. With hard work and following their finely tuned, easy to follow system you can see true success. They have a support system in place for their Area Directors that is beyond par. The management, from the President, CEO on down the line are some of the most humble and inspiring human beings I have had the privilege to know and work with.

Cons

The only con that I have been able to find as an Area Director is the six inches between my ears. Overcoming personal fears and ideas maybe the only hindrance to true success. Con: my brain!

Co-workers are very supportive of each other. The job is very diverse and never boring. Hours are very flexible and you set your own schedule.

Cons

In short, you cannot believe anything that is said by management when they are trying to recruit you for this opportunity. They will tell you that you own your own business, but you do not. They will tell you that you may sell the business at any time, but you may not. They will tell you that you can work part-time or full-time, but it is impossible to do this job working part-time. They overstate the amount of support that will be provided by corporate. Know going into it, that it is all on you win, lose or draw.
