Great potential if working in a new market. Great people and the company works hard to train and develop individuals while giving them tools to succeed. Recurring revenue helps to keep steady cash stream for neighborhood owners.

Cons

100% commission. Need pre-established business connections. Long start-up time. If you are joining a market hat already has another owner in the area, hard to differentiate.

I enjoy the people I work with. When i hear stories from some of my friends about what they deal with at their jobs, I'm reminded how good I have it.

Cons

It can be stressful at times. The company is growing, which is good, but it also creates a lot of work which can be overwhelming.

N2 Publishing is a well-respected publishing/design company with in North Carolina, and is gaining market share throughout the country every month. Working for N2 has enabled me to have a work/life balance as well as the ability to grow with in my profession. Over the years, I learned a ton about branding, design, client management. Overall I have been thrilled to be apart of N2.

Cons

Change. If you are not a person of change this is not the company for you. With a fast growing company like N2, change is inevitable.
