I have been working in the design department for over 7 years. I feel so fortunate to have this job! I love what I do. I love the people I work with. I love being a part of a company that appreciates their employees and is growing so fast! I couldn't be happier!

Work/Life Balance Supportive Management Team, they have always been there to support me. Proven Track Record. I've witnessed so many success stories, which I find highly motivating. Tremendous training program, perfect for someone like myself without any prior industry experience.

Cons

Everyone starts at the same level in the company. I found this refreshing, while I realize others may not.

The only Pros I can think of aren't exclusive to this company. You "get" to work for yourself.

Cons

There is a 3-4 month sales cycle wherein the employee(1099) must cover all costs involved. Costs include equipment, phone/internet service as well as gas and other expenses incurred during the selling process. These costs are NOT reimbursed. Additionally, they do not mention these costs in their job listings.
