I love the amount of support teams we have & how willing everyone is to help when needed! My favorite part is the enthusiasm NRP exudes for it's employees!

Cons

Sometimes the response time for emails/tickets can take days.

Pros

I have been with NRP for 3 years - They are a great growing company. As an employee they train and support you to be successful. The benefits are 2nd to none - I am very impressed with the 401K, vacation and holiday time off. If you are looking for a great company to grow with you would be lucky to work with NRP.

Cons

Nothing personally - Fast growth can cause some miscommunications.

Corporate leaders are caring professional and very responsive. Great pay. Amazing product.

Cons

Takes a bit of time to resolve IT issues. On boarding of new staff is improving, but not quiet at The Gold Standard.
