NRP is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at NRP is the best I’ve ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping anyone if needed. Because NRP is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of employment advancements.

Cons

Insurance cost seem to be a little on the high side.

Pros

A great company who truly wants to see everyone who walks through their doors succeed. Not only do they give you the necessary tools they also give you the opportunities. I love the way all the employees support and help one another. NRP is always expanding and willing to take feedback from employees to continue to grow and be better as individuals and as a team.

I do with there were more instructor lead training programs available versus online modules

Not only is this company full of team players, they offer great incentives for just doing your job! I have been given opportunities to travel and see things that I would have never had if it weren't for the company. NRP has gotten me to step out of my comfort zone and has helped me to grow as a person. I have learned so much and the whole time I had the support from my manager and higher ups. There is so much room to grow and move up in the company. I have made lifelong I am excited to see where I can go and all of the things I can accomplish with this company!

Cons

I would like to see more in person training opposed to computer training.
