The Best Opportunity to Grow

Pros

- Large, world-known organisation with a small country office represents a fantastic opportunity to grow and assume responsibilities that wouldn't have been otherwise available at comparable institutions. Huge learning curve and space for professional growth. - Working on a meaningful agenda full of incredible projects and initiatives. Filled with purpose. Very empowering to know our work really makes a difference! - Each and every member of staff has proven to be absolutely wonderful. Always willing to help, always with a positive attitude. They have all gone out of their way to make me feel included in every aspect of our work. An absolute pleasure. - Having the possibility of working on a home-office-basis is a real asset. It maximizes my time and allows me to avoid colossal commuting situations found in big cities like this one.

Cons

- Working to promote companies I don't necessarily agree with as an environmentalist - Like all non-profits, the pay could be better (especially considering the wild rates of inflation we have in this country) - But with all the other benefits we receive, this isn't really an issue!
