      Pros

      I've been very happy in my position so far. The work-environment is friendly and supportive; options for flex hours and home/office; growth opportunities; great mission.

      Cons

      Big organization means lots of rules and regulations to follow - at times, it can feel like a nuisance and is definitely time-consuming.
