Pros

TNC has a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that allows for flexibility in work/life and provides opportunities for training, learning and growth. The mission is at the forefront of work and there are a wealth of resources about TNC's work across the globe. HR and IT are responsive and helpful. Onboarding is thorough and clear.

Cons

It's a large organization with some of the bureaucratic challenges that all large organizations face. There can be difficulties prioritizing projects and aligning communications between headquarters and field offices.

Pros

TNC has an amazing mission and great benefits. The organization is full of smart and passionate staff that truly care about the work. As a whole, the organization is transparent and offers great opportunities for staff to continue growing in their career.

Cons

TNC is a large global organization working on a myriad of environmental issues. This complexity has resulted in a highly matrixed organization which can be difficult to navigate at times, although leadership is aware of this and working to break down the walls a bit.
