      Too Many Managerial Changes + Rarely Give Promotions

      Pros

      Nice and friendly staff, flexible work hours, flexible wfh, opportunity to travel, good mission and meaningful work.

      Cons

      High turnover for leadership and management makes it difficult to build close relationships with your manager over time, and you have to prove yourself over and over again with each new manager. Not enough professional development or opportunities for a promotion or raise.

      workload can be intense in a way that becomes difficult to take proper breaks; although some stress is self-inflicted due to passion for conservation.
