Pros

World's largest conservation organisation pays reasonable salary.

Cons

Poor work culture and no incentive of growth Being a new business unit in India, the work culture is very toxic. Pays are commensurate with the global ranges and no growth in person and salary

Pros

Flexible hours, mostly friendly colleagues

Cons

Toxic management with narrowed mind. Don’t care about employees. Reporting never works here as they remove employees who disagree with them.

Pros

- Prestige of the biggest environmental non-profit - Ability to learn from 160 marketers - Good travel and work/life benefits

Cons

- All marketers are working separately rather than as a team to accomplish major goals - Cold and unfriendly colleagues in Arlington headquarters, seems nicer in field - Terrible managers - As Tercek often says, "a dying dinosaur" of an organization that can't adapt well or quickly
