Pros

Great mission and dedicated people in all functions, ample opportunity to move geographically and opportunities for career progression, though not always as straightforward as more traditional employers, and likely will require relocation.

Cons

Heavy travel load in many positions

Pros

Great mission, large organization that has far reaching effects on conservation. Great benefits package.

Cons

Non-profit bureaucratic organization similar to governmental organization. Many long time employee's that have been there for decades that have risen to the level of their incompetency. Advancement opportunities are limited.
