Pros

Incredibly passionate, qualified, and intelligent co-workers. The work is very satisfying; TNC is a large enough organization to be able to effect it's own change on the environment. Maybe I got lucky with a great boss, but I found TNC have many opportunities for upward mobility.

Cons

TNC is transitioning to be a global company. This causes a bit of ambiguity in the evolving structure, such as who is in charge of what. I also find that many senior managers are overworked.
