Pros

Really nice passionate people trying to make a difference

Cons

Work from home culture doesn't always foster reliability, teamwork or productivity Because it is a non-profit little room for growth - positions don't always open up

Pros

The CEO has influenced this company in a very positive way that motivates employees to continue to strive for excellence. Company hires highly educated, focused, experienced professionals and talented graduates that constantly adds to the dynamics of the organization.

Cons

Communication between staff working on same project could be improved. Leadership from COS could be better defined and exhibited. HR could be more involved with employees and concerns/follow-up.
