Pros

Toms of smart people Knowing you’re working on important matters International staff is awesome - working for a global team is cool Great benefits

Cons

Some strange culture things: they advertise it as a less than 40hour culture and this was NOT my experience - everyone worked a ton and struggled with work life balance.

Pros

People care about the mission and care about each other. Organization's state business units allow lots of constructive experimentation and local credibility while also having the support of a national organization

Cons

Can take time to build relationships in a largely remote-work environment
