Pros

- Prestige of the biggest environmental non-profit - Ability to learn from 160 marketers - Good travel and work/life benefits

Cons

- All marketers are working separately rather than as a team to accomplish major goals - Cold and unfriendly colleagues in Arlington headquarters, seems nicer in field - Terrible managers - As Tercek often says, "a dying dinosaur" of an organization that can't adapt well or quickly

Pros

I was given a lot of flexibility in my assignment that allowed me to spend a considerable amount of time in the field rather than in the office.

Cons

My job was somewhat nebulous in nature with the end product unclear for most of my time there.
