Experienced seniors and directors who stayed for long years are leaving, mainly due to politics and frustration 5. Leaders hired from outside, do not fully understand the values and culture, and have little passion for nature conservation 6. Some people are not motivated by conservation and not driven by mission, which should be the basis of working in NGOs. Very much in doubt about how they are hired. 7. Again very frustrated
