Pros

Great mission, decent mobility, generally good people to work with, pays better than many non-profits (if you have an HQ job...)

Cons

Leadership is non-existant, can be large and bureaucratic

Pros

Passionate people, good colleagues, 35 hour work week, benefits competitive for the nonprofit sector. Inspiring leadership and work, the organization is very credible and it is an organization to be proud of.

Cons

Top heavy with management, not diverse although the organization is working on this and professional development and growth is somewhat limited. I would like to work for a nonprofit that places a higher value on equity and social justice
