Pros

excellent office culture and organization culture; many opportunities to travel and participate in continuing education; supportive, smart people with a well-organized mission.

Cons

hard to move up without re-locating; small organization means there aren't that many jobs at the top or at the bottom. The middle is full of directors and is fairly stable (not a lot of movement).

Pros

Great experience. Loved the people I worked with.

Cons

The money. Didn't pay nearly enough to sustain me long term.
